RECON2 Part 3

by MESA RC | May 16, 2015 | (13) Posted in Projects

To the FliteTest Community;

Here is a quick update on our Senior ELITE student's FPV Quad carrying FPV Ground Vehicle in a simulated test.  Wish him luck, he performs in front the local SWAT and BOMB SQUAD team two weeks from now.  We will have a complete article along with some video on how it all went.

Thank you for all your support in helping Danny out with this project, it trully means a lot.

Another great example of how multi-rotors (and FPV) can be developed for so many amazing applications!
Keep up the great work MFF! Loved it.

Still having range issues I see. Has anyone thought about a different frequency? 5.8 from what I understand is the worst for penetration through/around objects.

Oh we know, had to stay within a budget and staying out of any trouble, hehe! Just trying to be safe, it is just a concept design idea. Thank you.
