Spidex MICRO from Quaternium multicopters
http://quaternium.es/en/frames/71-spidex-micro.html

Motor distance.
220mm diagonal, 145mm front to back and 165mm side to side.

Here is a mash-up of the first three batteries I put through the Spidex micro.

I had to maiden her at night it was so windy.I have tuned it a bit from what you see here.
This is very definitely a sporty little number!

The tumble at the end was due to wind, nerves, and lack of tuning! lol

Damage..
One busted prop and not a scratch on the frame.
I could here it laughing at my attempted abuse. =)

 Next few flights!

Let's see, we have the ESC's wired and wrapped.

Motor wires fit nicely up through the bottom of the frame without any drilling.

I will make the power distribution board smaller and may get rid of the XT60 connectors.=)

If you use ZMR motors, you will need to drill holes for the motor mounts. I used some small washers as well.

F.C. and Bluetooth module in place.

Cppm RX will save some weight!

Simple OSD and slimmed down VTRX

Multiwii needs tuning,I know.I am on it. I don't need to worry much about breaking this frame, it is pretty tough.

cool dude looks like you may be getting some noise this time I've been fighting noise for a year and with it so compact ain't much you can do uh, it maybe external the power wires maybe. I flew around a power tower with my surfer pro, then the super surfer went nuts around the same wires see the vid lost...?? The magical world of signal's...!!!

Yup,I have some signal interference. I think I will switch antenna, but you are likely right in that the problem is environmental. This thang is a rocket! I am hopeing for some calm winds tomorrow so I can smooth out the PID's.(Learning MWII for the first time.)This power combo flies in 20mph gusts but it will fly better once I get a calm day to put it through its paces and tune it up!

hi guy, nice little quad ! should work great with kk2 or cc3d/revo flight controller ;-)
just wonder why you use 2 tiny cameras, would it not be better to just use one for both fpv and recording ?
Also, what is the battery life.
Thanks !

Hello bocorps,
I have a kk 2.0 and it is not a easy fit. You would be better off with something smaller like Naze. I am getting 7min or so depending on how I fly. You have video lag when you use a HD cam as a flight cam and the bord camera handles the light better.I fly @ night and this would not be nearly as easy if I used the 808 # 16. I hope this is helpful.=)

Hello Zatoichi,
Thanks for your answer. Do you think a mobius could be used instead of the 808#16 ?
i have been looking naze32 for a while but conclude that it was quite complicated to set. Maybe cc3d is a good alternative :-)
Aside from that, what do you think of this little hex, would be nice to have a test http://www.minihquad.com/frames/blackout-mini-spider-hex-frame
it looks terrific ! price is high but details are awsomes.

It was designed to fit the Mobius camera.I have NAZE on it now and it is EPIC! It takes a bit of knowhow but when you get it soldered and tuned it is sweet.People are doing really cool stuff with the BlackOut.
I am not going anywhere without my Spidex micro!

Nice setup! How did you hide the second voltage on the simple OSD?

Thank you. I have only one battery hooked up so it only shows one voltage.

Thanks for your response. I guess my simple OSD is a little different. I do too have only one battery hooked up, but the second voltage displays a value of 5.3V (VTX voltage, I guess). Sorry for spamming with off-topic.
