3D funflyer

I Just finished my 3D ish Funflyer

It's In the same construction as the baby blender or the 3d from flite test

I took the PA Addiction as an example and started working from there.

The wing is a symetrical armin wing with a octangular fuse.

the dymensions are

WS: 1060 mm

L: 1000 mm

W: 1250 Gr ready to fly

Motor NTM 3548 1100 kv with or a 11 x 5.5 or a 12 x 6 APC E prop

Battery: 3S lipo 1600 mh  30-40 c

With It's 1250 gr flying weight I guess it's kinda too heavy for 3D flying

But I bet it'll be a great funflyer,, or at least I hope cause I haven't flown it yet

The motor has power enough, with the 12 x 6 it will have 1750 gr of thrust (calculated with Ecalc)

Let's see if it flies

I'll keep you informed

Sadly I don't have a lot of construction pictures

It took me a while because of the weather but finally she flew.

And she flies great stable but crisp enough power to hover and do all the tricks in the book.

Now I have to learn to do them :)

It's a carbon fibre landing gear.
I got it in a local hobby shop. in the Netherlands.
I don't really know the brand name, The only thing written on it is: PT MODEL
hope this is helpfull

I'm sorry but I have made hardly any construction photo's, I just updated the article with them.
But I'm planning on a similar biplane.
I'll try to think of it then. :)
