The Blade Scout CX is a durable, ready-to-fly beginner's helicopter than includes everything that you need - right in the box!  It is easy, fun, and simple to fly with only 3 channels.  There isn't much to say about this mini little piece of awesomeness, so we'll go straight to the pros and cons.

PROS

-Super simple and easy to fly

-Amazingly durable

-Comes RTF with a 2.4 GHZ TX

-Is very stable

-Can be put into "higher rates" which allows more maneuverability

-Batteries are interchangeable, no more internal non-replaceable batteries found in toy-grade R/C helicopters!

-About $50, pretty inexpensive

-Batteries are cheap, buy more than one!

-In no wind, it can fly outside unlike many cheapo toy-grade R/C helis that use IR transmitter signals

CONS

-Canopy is a little bit more fragile than I wanted, but it's easy to fix with some Scotch tape. ;)
