During the week I purchased the just released Liquid Image Ego HD Camera. For less than $200, I think this could pose a serious threat to the GoPro.

Yes you are correct, I downsized the video. I did this to reduce the file size but more importantly to allow it to be viewed on a variety of devices. The Ego is a true HD camera. What I wanted to highlight was the smooth video and vibrant colors which cheaper cameras such as the key chain cannot produce.
In response to your second question, I am using a FPV Raptor Composite 1600mm. You can find all the details in the description if you watch the YouTube video rather than the embedded one.
