I'm a newbie myself and I can tell you that your doing pretty good. Remember that less is more. Less cuts and transitions. It would be great to have a complete flight. Take off to landing.
ps. your property is beautiful.

Tip: turn off the YouTube stabalizer cuz it doesn't understand the movement of Multirotors(;

Nice footage though!

Remember, try to follow the tone of the music. I.e: Most intense video footage should be at the climax of the song/etc

Good job!

About adding music, there is really two ways to go about it. Either edit the video you want, then find music that matches the overall mood. Some fine tuning may be needed in the editing of the video. Or you can pick the song you want and then edit the video to go along with it. It really depends on what your focus is for that video.

The last video I made I made the complete video, because there was a set order to it and I wanted as much taken out of the video as possible to make it short. Then I found a couple of songs that fit. I did that because I just wanted music that worked but I wanted the video a certain way. My next video I'm dead set on a song so I'll have to adjust the video to flow along with it. I'll probably edit the video into separate clips and then re-arrange the clips until it works. Maybe lengthening or shorting a few to work.

You want the intensity of the song to match the speed of the aircraft. If the song builds up to something, so should the video. If the song is flat and constant the entire time, then the video doesn't really matter as long as the song portrays the mood you want to go along with the video.

This video seems kind of flat, and the music isn't. Nothing wrong with a flat video as long as the music matches.
