Grayson MegaJet? Did seem to lack a little in the thrust department, although mine prior to it's epic demise was not by any means a fast plane. Dial some expo in for sure but double check CG especially since you guys mounted ESC a bit further back than original design. Roll axis instability and touchy elevator (if that was the case) are classic tail heavy symptoms. My Polaris/Snow Hawk required a bit of extra nose weight, made for very good flight characteristics at slow speeds without sacrificing much glide rate. Very good build and maiden!
