Tommy's FunBat

To the FliteTest Community,

Tommy took to the skies last week using the FunBat scratch build plane.  According to Tommy it proved to be a very easy build and suprised him with the success he had flying it.  He proved to be the top flyer in the class as of to date, and is excited about getting the plane back up in the air.

As always, thank you for watching and supporting the MESArcFF program,

Jake Marshall
MESArcFF Advisor/Director

MESArcFF Productions:

Camera: Harrison
Pilot: Tommy
Editing: Zac and Joey
Director: Marshall

Tommy's Thumbnail, the MESArcFF Production crew is starting to get creative with their editing skills, looks like something from a comic book movie.

The build came out very nice, no adjustments or modifications were made. Tommy claims that the build was not hard, and that anybody can do it.

The challenge for Tommy was the linkages and calibrating it with the transmitter setup.  He is a pro at it now and plans to use this new knowledge for his next build.

During this particular flight Tommy had flown about 80 percent of the time, proving that he is at the top of his class.  We used a buddy box linkage between two Spektrum controllers, Dx5e.

In the end it was a great day for flying and the FunBat proved to be a success!

It's good to get kids involved in outside activities and teaching them to think. Good job Marshall!
