This is a good charger for beginners. It could not be easier than this, just plugging in and waiting. It has three LED's that display the status of the charger. Each LED represents a cell in the battery.
This charger uses only the balance port to charge the batteries. It doesn't require plugging in the leads. It also charges at only 650mA.

- It's small and portable.
- Doesn't need an additional power supply, plugs directly into the wall outlet.
- Both 110V and 240V input.
- Balances LiPo batteries after each charge.
- Indicator LEDs.
- Uses a standard cable, easy to change it for another outlet.
- FAILS -
- Takes a lot of time to charge. ~6hours for a 2200mAh 3S.
- The charger heats up A LOT. The batteries stay cool while charging.
- The balance port on the charger is really tight. A tool is needed to pull out the battery plug without pulling the cables.
- After a discussion with pgerts on this charger we concluded that this charger only charges to about 90% of the battery's capacity. Not such a big deal for beginners, but this can't be your only charger if you're going to stay in the hobby.
- CONCLUSION -
Overall, this is a good charger if you are new in the hobby. Not a bunch of mysterious settings, no weird interface, just plug and wait. It's cheap, and easily available. It has a few downsides, but it is still very good.
