Most of this video was shot from this mount.

This is a re upload due to images not working on the first article.

If you like the video could you please chuck a subscribe the makers way, would help him out alot.

This is just a very simple mount to stabilize filming your rc plane ect for a GoPro

This is a very brief description but should give you the idea. It costs next to nothing and is really easy.

Tools

- Drill

- Wrench

1. Make a GoPro pole

Get the stock GoPro extension arm and find a piece of pipe that snuggly fits the 2 finger side (one without the bolt). Drill through the pipe at the depth that lets you put a bolt through the GoPro extension arm while in the pipe. Then using a nut tighten it down.

2. Create the steady cam attachment

Get a piece of circular wood to a comfortable size to grip. then get a horse shoe bracket that lets a skateboard bearing fit snuggly in. Glue that bearing into the horse shoe and screw that to the wood. ad grips on either side if necessary.

3. Make the bolt assemble on the pole

Drill just under your bolt for the Extension arm and side a bolt that is big enough to fill the inner of the skateboard bearing. Onto the thread of the bolt add a few washers then a speed ring. Place your handle with the bearing attached and bolt it on.

It is now done!

This picture shows the finished assembly. you can hold the handle not horizontal and the camera stays level. Great for non steady hands!

The best part of this is that you can take off the handle to use the pole on its own for different shots.
