er9x Mixing for Nova OSD 3 Position Switch and Trainer for Display Cycle

I've had an number of PM's about programming the er9X to make the 3 position switch work with the NOVA OSD. Its a pain if you've just upgraded to the er9x and have no idea how to get this going on your new firmware. In any case hope this is of help. Please note that there are a million other ways of doing the mixing for this all of which will work. This is the way I do it and it makes sense when i look at the mixing at a glance which channel is for what.
