However private security people are very annoying and I kind of get pushed out of the Gorky Park, because it is no longer run by a state and the authorities can enforce their rules(

Great video, I enjoyed. I fly in Dallas, Texas and other places. I have not ran into any problems with the law but I am careful to be discreet. I have flown in a couple of state parks, city parks and neighborhoods. Everyone seems to pay no attention or come over and ask lots of questions. I fly at night very often as I have led lights on my quad and hex. I have them really lit bright and get great reactions from people.
