Here's what you can build with Flight Pack F along with other details you might find helpful!

Our Flite Test Flight Packs, stuffed full of electronic-y goodness, are a super easy way to get everything you need to build a DIY airplane. In RC, sometimes things are a little complicated for beginners, so these packs really are a shortcut to success. They make sure that you have everything you need along with ensuring that it's all compatible. Here's everything you need to know about Flight Pack F

What's in the package?

Firstly, let's have a look at everything that you get with your Flight Pack.

Layed out, you have three high-quality micro Flite Test servos, your motor, a bag of hardware (including tools and props) and an ESC.

Inside the hardware bag you'll find two Flite Test branded screwdrivers.

There's also a bunch of extension leads. One of these is a 'Y' harness so you can link two servos together. This is useful if you want to run both off the same channel on your receiver for your wing's ailerons.

The motor you get is a great little Emax 2300KV outrunner. This is a 2205 size which revs very high. This makes it good for some of the faster Mighty Mini's that we produce such as the Mustang and Corsair.

Both the motor and ESC come with bullet connectors. This means that you don't have to bother soldering anything and you can switch your leads around to reverse the direction of the motor extremely easily.

So what planes work the best with Flight Pack F? Well, the good news is that you can use the pack with almost any of our Mini DIY Airplanes. What the F pack excels at, however, is delivering a lot of power in a small package. It's perfect for wings like the Mini Arrow and warbirds like The Mini Corsair

Here are all of the airplanes that you can use Flight Pack F with.

Isn't the motor a 2205? It is VERY powerful, I put one on my mini scout with a 3s and it has vertical at half throttle! But, the ESC is underrated. I couldn't fly for most of the summer because it was overheating too easily!

Mine arrived a few weeks ago, 2205/2300 but came with a 12A ESC. The store now shows a 20A ESC so it looks like they've upgraded it since.

Good to see they've upgraded. I now use a turnigy plush 30A ESC for all of my higher amp draw planes.
