FPV Low Level

Hey there,
Here is a quick Video i'd like to share with you.
I have flown Fpv now for quite a while. But very often i get asked "Does this Plane even fly"? , because of the Gopro-mounting in the front.
This shall be a shout out to all the people who are skared of experementing with their FPV-equipment.
If you want to try a diffrent Camera perspektive than what we are used to see, then just try it! A 360 Degree servo for example, changes the whole game!
You might even be surprised how little it will effect the flight caracteristics.
So try and fly!!

My Setup:

Tx/Rx - Futaba 6ex with Full Range Reciever

VTx - 800mw 1.3 Ghz (In this Video linear polarised)

VRx - 1.3 Ghz (In this Video Stock antenna)

Camera - Pixim Seawolf Clone

GPS - Nova Storm OSD

Very nice video. I flew my Bixler 1.1 into the ocean today, It lost its elevator when a wave sased into it. Lost the esc, and everything els seems fine. It was quiet a funny story how it ended up in the drink. Love the bixlers an thinking of getting a 2 soon. What motor are you running is it stock? I am thinking of running a 180 pan on my next fpv plane.

It's the Bixler 2 with this Motor

6x4 Prop
and a 60 amp esc.

Best Power Setup you can get. Sucks 2.5 amps cruising around. And lots of power in spare.

Very nice video. How do you control the pan? With head tracking or knob control on your transmitter? Looks smooth and well orientated always.

Its controlled just by a transmitter knob. And a simple self-made 360 servo:)

Best video I've seen lately. Did you ever think about flying in formation with one or more other pilots? It would sure make a great video !!!
