FT Spitfire 3D printed exhausts

After searching the internet on how the exhaust looks, I used tinkercad to quickly do the model, six on each side.

 

The plane is painted metallic green, three wite stripes on the right wing, blue under and separated by a gold line.

 

 

Some Swedish airforce logos to finnish off.

Good lookin Spitfire. What paint did you use? Spray, airbrush,??? I am building one as well. I want to paint is a maroon color or fire engine red. What wpaint would you suggest?

The plane is painted by airbrush using fascolor hobby paint. The 3D painted part is painted with a regular spray can.

Thanks for this, and the free file. This is great! It will work on anything with a RR Merlin Engine.... And maybe a few others, with some "creative license"!!
