Helping to sell a vacant lot.

As short as this video is, it was difficult creating this quick expose' of Coto de Caza, CA, a small community near Irvine CA. The idea was to show the life style of the community and how it correlates with a large parcel of land for sale by a listing agent.

Very nice video. I don't think I could afford to live there though.

The FAA are a bunch of asshats. Hopefully the laws will eventually change in UAV operators' favor soon.

I understand the frustration. I think it will be a good thing to have regulation for many reasons. It will self-sort the hobbyists from the people making a living, it will create revenue and jobs, and the technology will move forward to better things. I disagree (as you may as well) that people should have the freedom to fly anywhere they want (as in TBS).

Only thing I can think of to improve this video was a arial view with outline of the property lines. I was interested to see what size and location within the video. Great job and smooth shots!

How difficult was it to get registered with the FAA? What can you tell us about filing the flight plans and mapping the flight course, was that relatively easy, or difficult???

Why is it difficult? Do you have something to share? No waypoints were needed for this project, as in most. Thx!

Yes that is a good point, and was a detail we had to think through. We took aerials to show the outline, which were accompanied elsewhere, and it was requested that we show the view as seen from the property. Perhaps those aerials would have looked ok in the video, but we just happened to choose otherwise. Thanks for your input. :).
