Sadly Yellow Plane was lost on a test flight and as yet has not been found. It flew reasonably well, but still a bit heavy. She was in the air nearby but over water I think when I lost orirntation and then she was gone.

Lost a key fob cam 6ch RX and 2200mAh Lipo. As its probebly went in the drink its very likley sunk in the mud by now. Pitty as the video would have shown snow on the hills nearby as it was a frosty Autum morning.

Hi , you must feel gutted, thats a bummer to lose it at any time let alone the maiden, we all know what work goes into these projects, the satisfaction of the build and the fact that it did fly, I hope someone finds it and you may salvage something from it. Best of luck with that and any future flights.

Its only the third flight this time with standard RC gear not my home brew setup, which I'm pleased I never lost. If it went in the water it may a floated as the coroplast is buoyant due to all the air in the tubes so it may have drifted away with the current out to see. Wonder how long the camera kept running that would be interesting footage
