My 3D Printed Micro Drone

by kronosrobotics | July 11, 2013 | (4) Posted in Just Fun

The original was laser cut out of birch plywood. This one printed on my MakerGear M2 using Creator software is lighter, stronger and fly's like a dream.

It is designed to use my Universal NAZA mount. This mount allows me to quickly move my NAZA to different machines.

The print time for all the parts was under 1.5 hours.

Arms 14m each

Upper Base 9m

Lower Base 14m

because of the media exaggerations, it is better if we donĀ“t feed the hippies thinking that rc is dangerous and kills people.

Sorry, but I will not be forced to change the name, headings or content of my postings because the media has blown the whole drone thing out of proportion.
