Ninja Quick Tip: 3D Printed XT60 Isolator

I didn't design these but I found them on Thingiverse and printed a few up.

I have many times used a larger piece of shrinkwrap and hot glue to hide sloppy shrink tube application on the battery and ESC leads. 

Now, instead;  I use these for all of my new builds. They look great and are also very funtional. I like that I can print them in different colors.

I had to play with the scaling to get them to fit snugly but I also add a few drops of CA to keep them on securely.

Looks great. Give them a try. Easy and good looking print on my MP Mini Delta

Oh, and I guess still easy to do if you don't have a 3d printer. Just found these online. I guess HobbyKing sells them and probably has for some time.

OMG. Heat shrink is annoying to work with because it could be too big or small!!

Yeah! not to mention I have also had times where the wire got hot and it started shrinking before I was done soldering :)
