Plane or Heli Challenge!

I have always wondered how hard would it be to make a plane/heli out of dollar foam? My challnge is to see if it is possable? Insperation cane from the V-22 Ospery and the halo pelican.

   I really have no rules to this challange so the sky is the limit! It just has to be able to take off in a heli like mode then turn into a plane mode?

I wanted to attempt something like this. Maybe I'll give it a try. I think I'll fail horribly, but that's the fun of this hobby.
