Specter V2 Tail Build

And it continues... Here is the video of the tail build.  It pretty quick and simple.  Hope you enjoy the video.  As always, I've added the same files for building all three componant of the craft.  Hope this helps in your building ventures.

I used carbon fiber arrow shafts for the tail.  They were cut to 14".  This leave plenty of room to leave 5.5" in between the tail and the fuse, and gives ample surface to glue to the tail and insert into the wing.

This series will definitely help my build go smoother. I like to use the measure and cut method myself. Thanks for sharing this series with us!

Spencer,

Do you mind posting an side-profile image of the fuse that you built? I'm having a hard time visualizing what it should look like from the plan.

I will be putting together a build video for the fuse shortly. Hopefully this helps. Although I may be able to add a photo of the finished plane here shortly. Keep a look out...

Hi Spencer. My wings based on your vid look sweet. Still need help with the fuselage? How does it come together. Did a sweet FPV on my quad today but would love a bit more speed . . . hence the Specter.

Where is the elevator servo hiding?

It's in the elevator, right in the middle. See the main article in the links at the bottom of the article.
