Hello everybody! I am a 13 year old boy who loves the hobby. At first, when I got into this hobby, I loved LEGO. LEGO is a great start for children because it will teach you design and engineering. Later on, I was into LEGO Mindstorms, which made more into a designer! But then, LEGO got boring. So I start hacking old electronics, learn how to solder, etc. Then I got into robotics and math, soon, strait 90's and 100's in math! Later on, I bought a EZ-Robot kit. And what inspired me was that you could hack it into the AR Drone! So, of course, I went out to Best Buy (and electronic and game store) and purchased one. But, when I try and connect it to the laptop, it didn't work. So then, I figured out that I bought the AR Drone 2.0. So obviously, I just went out and started flying it and crashing it. Then I searched on YouTube and saw Flitetest! And I go to their channel and I see RC planes, helis, and multirotors! So, then I get addicted to the channel and buy a Super Cub. First flight was scary, but, I landed it. 2ond to 5th flight, I nosed it into the ground. So of course, I fixed her and flew again. Then started buying different models. Then I figure out how to scratch build and do the electronics. Then FPV, and UAV's. Thank you Flitetest for changing my life!
