I'm just beginning in RC flight but we have had a record breaking few months of high winds, so I thought I might make something that will make use of the wind.
Here's a video of my 50" depron slope soarer. Also my first successful slope soaring session.
I used Ed's Armin wing 50" x 5" plus 1.5" flaperons and 2" elevator. Flight weight is 390g (13.8oz) with a 500mAh 2C LiPo.
and here's another session with a #16 camera onboard. Too much wind really, it was gusting to 25kn (28mph)
I have the soaring bug and want Le Fish.
