The UDIRC U816 Quadcopter is a brilliant micro-quad for beginners in the multi-rotor universe for many reasons such as its a small quad, it is quite stable and also it is very cheap for a quad at only S$90 and so that would be about US$71.63.
The reason that i know that this is a brilliant quad is because i have just started rc (I can thank flite test for that) and it was the very first quad that i have bought and so far i think that it is brilliant but i suggest that if you do buy it and you are a beginner then you should bookmark the spare parts page of whatever site you have bought it from because it is quite fragile and if you lose power at the maximum limit of you transmitter then it will drop and it will definitely break but if you are extremely careful with it then you should be fine with it and nothing bad will happen to it
anyway if you do get it i can assure you that you will have a great time and even though it says 14+ on the box i think that anyone above the age of 10 can use it or maybe a bit younger if they have a good experience with this kind of thing.
When you buy it you should receive with it an inside frame and an outside frame, 4 spare props, 1 battery charger, i battery and an instruction manual
