Flite Test is seeking a talented customer service professional to work full-time with the Flite Test Team located in North Canton, Ohio. This is for a Customer Service Leader position, which requires at least three years of professional hobby or drone related customer service experience. This position will require collaboration and leadership of our current customer service team.

Customer service at Flite Test is extremely important and we are looking for someone who is obsessed with customer happiness and willing to be dedicated, innovative and disciplined in their work. There is also a leadership aspect to this position that will require collaboration with current customer service team members and will require a management plan for our growing team.
Core Responsibilities:
• Customer service team leadership
• Diagnose and resolve technical service support issues across all product categories
• Phone and email interaction with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products
• Processing and managing order errors
• Researching required information using available resources to solve customer issues
• International/domestic order shipping quote requests
• Order history tracking to assist customers with future purchases and up sales
• Staying current with RC/UAV market information, changes and updates
Requirements:
• Desire to collaborate closely with a tight-knit team to solve problems
• Desire and passion for daily work in customer happiness
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with customer service/ticketing software
• Knowledge of customer service industry trends
