How much can I save with wholesale pricing?
Approved resale partners can receive discounts of up to 40% on eligible products. Actual pricing depends on the products, order, and applicable program requirements. Our team confirms your pricing before you order; the maximum discount is not available on every product or order.
Can I make tax-exempt purchases?
Qualifying businesses and organizations can submit appropriate resale certificates or tax-exemption documentation for review. Exemption depends on the purchaser, transaction, and applicable requirements. Wholesale approval alone does not make a purchase tax exempt.
Do I need a physical retail store?
We welcome inquiries from established retail businesses, including online sellers. Tell us where you plan to sell. Eligibility and approved sales channels, including any marketplace requests, are reviewed during the application process.
Are there minimum order requirements?
Share your estimated order size with our team. We will explain any opening-order or reorder requirements that apply to the products and purchasing program you are considering.
Can schools, camps, clubs, and other organizations buy in bulk?
Yes—use the inquiry form and choose the bulk & institutional path. Include your quantities, participants, and timing so we can discuss suitable products and pricing. Institutional orders are reviewed separately from retail resale accounts.
Can my organization use a purchase order?
Include your purchase-order and billing requirements in the inquiry. Our team will confirm the available ordering process and required information for your organization before you place an order.
What marketing materials are available?
Ask about available product photography, descriptions, promotional graphics, videos, and build tutorials for the products you plan to carry. The team will confirm current resources, any display materials, and permitted uses during onboarding.
