5 Drone Hacks

In this video I bring you a repertoire of little tips and tricks that you can apply to your multirotors :D

1st: Cut propellers: many times we brush the tip of the propellers and them become y unbalanced. With this printed part and our Dremel we can trim the last part of the propeller or directly cut it with another measurement and use it in a smaller drone. Recycling power! Download the Bullnose Prop Cutter for Dremel here

2º Put in order all your Propellers: It happens to me that I have many propellers: used, unused, different types and brands ... and when I look for one in particular... there are no more! With a simple elastic rubber we can sort and inventory easily!

3rd: Protects your ESC: It is one of the most sensitive parts of our devices and is usually very exposed. It is easy to hit it with a blade or with the propeller itself when bending ... that causes that we can move one of the components of the circuit, make short and burn. With old props and insulating tape we can lengthen your life! There is no excuse to leave them lying in the field, eh! Hehe

4th: Put your name on the FPV camera: If you fly with more people, there will be no doubt about which channel is yours! And also help you to see if you interfere with others. It's also in races makes it easy for people to know who is tuning in with their glasses. It is done on the OSD pin with the control that usually bring the cameras. It only takes a couple of minutes!

5º: Remove the SMA: our multis are becoming smaller and we want them to be lighter. Video transmitters have been greatly reduced, but most manufacturers still use SMA plugs, which end up taking up more space than the Vtx itself ... solution: remove them!! And welding the antennas directly. By this way you will save space, weight and break less. Attentive to make a good weld and that there is no continuity between the neutral and the living. Then you can protect everything with epoxy.

These are the tricks of today, I hope you liked it! If you know more, do not hesitate to comment below.

Good flights!!
