CAD 3D for Models

by Pauloar | October 8, 2012 | (7) Posted in Just Fun

Projects 3D,

Within the Article of F22, I have started to make my own! Because I could not find the required material, therefore an adaptation was necessary!

I have used the software Solid 3D with assist to evaluate trough the official drawing the adaptations which I needed to make!

But It is also interesting to use it to let it mind flight without RC range!

:-)

Try it, it is fun!

Attached it is an example of a project inside Google draft tool!

Hello Jake and HoriAkuma,

Google Sketchup is really nice because is a Freeware, but in the end, his interface with drawing x Printing x Use is not as practical as it seams!

For this project of my on I have used a normal 3D CAD software, as this one, you can find lots in Internet as free use (or license free during a period of time).

Solidedge is simple, nice use and zou can make outstanding 3D projects without any now how in drawing!

http://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en_us/products/velocity/solidedge/

This link you will find the Free version for 45 days use.

Take good care and have fun!

Brazilian Greetings from warm Germany!

Thanks Jim I'll check it out. The CAD stuff doesn't work with my mac. And my PC is still on XP so I'll try out the sketchup.
