Baby Blender Depron

This is my second Scratch Build and the downladable plan was really helpful.

I had a bunch of left overs from upgrades and crashes and managed to get all the gear together to build the Baby Blender,( Motor from a stock Bixler 2 ESC from a defunct glider and some orange RX I bought to test) but..... in Depron... I have a kind of love/hate friendship with this material. It is light , easy to sand but brittle and rigid like ice, It will not bend unless you tape it  really hard. If you crash  it will disintegrate. Luckily the Baby Blender is such fun and forgiving design that overcome the Depron disabilities.

I had fun will build more in the future. Thanks Flitetest for these swappable plans they are great  to the point and easy .

Next after maiden is painting.... Definetly bright colours :-)

Hi - regarding foamboard in the UK - yes it can cost up to £6.00 a sheet (or more) from art stores when bought singly. Can I suggest you Invest in a 10 pack through EBAY. Including postage, it comes in at just under £3.00 a sheet. Most of the early Flitetest builds come from a single sheet. But be warned it gets addictive, my office wall is now covered in foamboard models.
