I would love to buy a bunch of rubber powered free flight planes for these kids. I you would like to help make it happen please donate a few dollars.

If anyone thinks this is dangerous, remember this is not the west. These kids are tough, they throw rocks at each other and play with machetes for fun. Most would normally not get to see any sort of aeroplane in their lifetime. If there is any risk it far outweighs the wonder that these kids experience.

I forgot, I also test out a new helmet cam.

Great job, those kids will remember for a long time. Where is this and is it your wife's hometown? She speaks perfect Spanish.

this seems like the middle of nowhere but there is a giant transmission repeater off to the side. Is this a town built around a relay?

May have been once, I don't think it works anymore and it makes no sense having it at the bottom of a the valley. They also failed to build a hydro station here in the 40's. Now it is all about the tourism it gets from the waterfall.

Hey RChacker, I speak spanish fluently and have spent a little time in South America myself, down in Bolivia even. I think showing your stuff to the locals is fantastic, and helping them get into cheap freeflight is awesome too. I did this for some local scouts, to make it super cheap yet fun. I haven't posted the plans yet, but what do you think about helping the kids down there build something like the free flight "Singray" shown here? http://electricrcaircraftguy.blogspot.com/2013/07/staples-stingray-glider-sneak-peak.html
