Honda STOL Aircraft Prototype

To the Flite Test Community,

The team wanted to share a teaser with you of our latest build series called the Honda Trainer. A STOL aircraft concept idea that IC Aeronautics student Caleb came across in his research.  He immediately wanted to give it a try as his first design project, and I will have to say that the project is coming along very nice.  Next week he finishes his detailed drawings, gets the manufacturing kit approved and then it is off to build videos and final fun maiden flight video.  The objective of this project was to create an easy, cool, yet new beginner aircraft design. From my observations and building one myself for approval, he made it very easy to quickly do an enjoyable build and the flying characteristics are spot on for a trainer. Stay tuned for the upcoming releases of this aircraft as he will also have FREE plans to go along with it.

Looks super neat, you should do a Push-Pull Concept like in the real concept

I was really thinking about adding the pusher into it, but I really wanted to make a simple build for people just getting into the hobby. If you ever make a version of it to fit the pusher puller, I'd love to see it!
