Don't throw away those "junk" props that have the blades supposedly misaligned.

All you have is a cocked insert! When installing the insert never pound it all the way in. Leave about half a millimeter sticking out of the prop hub. . .check for alignment. If off, gently tap the appropriate side of the insert and try again. Once aligned, glue in place with thin CA.

Very informative im new to this stuff and ill bet it really makes a big difference without all that vibration

It does, I had a motor vibrate off a plane from an unbalanced prop. :)
