Only a couple comments.
I too just finished a DJI 450 clone, but without the PCB board. Not quite as tidy, but certainly functional. A bargain at $8. That said, you MUST be careful with Hobby King. While the prices are very low, they WILL ream you thoroughly on postage if you order from the Asian warehouse.
You never mentioned anything referencing the the ESCs. I would STRONGLY suggest you flash with the simonK hex file. That may clear up your oscillation, but that's probably merely a P-gain tweak. Most assuredly, the simonK hex will add a layer of responsiveness and fidelity.
But again, all-in-all, very well done.

The ESC's are Plush 30amp and shown at 1min 41 seconds =)
These work fine out of the box on multi rotors but I agree Simon K flashed is a good idea.
