Let's Fly! In the Alps

This summer we had an amazing opportunity given to us by the guys at ImmersionRC to come on a European Roadtrip.

It was easily one of the most breathtaking experiences we've had.

But...even in the most beautiful landscapes the rain still falls.

Tony suggested that in order to get out from under the rain we would have to go above it! He knew the perfect spot to take refuge.

So we headed as far up the mountian as we could go to a place called Lac du Mont Cenis. Loosely translated, The Lake of Mount Cenis.

When we arrived we had to wonder if the promises of a beautiful lakeside camp were true. This is all we could see. But when we woke up in the morning...

...it was clear that Tony was a man of his word. We were barely out of bed before the quads were in the air and flying FPV.

The photos do not do this place justice. This was single handedly the most gorgeous FPV flying we have ever done.

The landings on the other hand...not so gorgeous.

or were they?

We would like to extend another huge thank you to Tony and the rest of the crew from ImmersionRC for letting us come get into trouble with them over in Europe.

Please give them a visit and support any way you can. Their gear is the best of the best!

We would also like to thank Harry's for sponsoring this episode. If you go to their webiste and use the code FLITETEST you will recieve $5 off of your purchase!

For the rest of November if you purchase their Movember Set, they will be donating $5 to the Movember Foundation for prostate cancer research and general men's health awareness.
