Lucky landing after Bixler elevator failure

Not long now before my FPV gear gets here from China.  I could n`t help myself I had to find out what my smart phone would be like as a flight cam and nearly lost it. I recommend replacing the hinges on your Bixler before putting cameras on it. I was very lucky to find everything in one piece after loosing my elevator. I love this thing it`s going to be perfect for FPV.

Lucky you!! lol buy also a buzzer/beeper it helps!

Iv`e been thinking about this for a while now as well a buzzer if I lose the model. I`m going to build in as much fail safe as I can, there’s just too many things that can go wrong
Multiwii Plane mode with gps seems like the best value for me right now I don’t think I`ll be happy without some sort of return to launch fail safe. Cheers ED.
