Hi, Malc here. Before the article begins could I please ask for your support? Please rate this article so we know when we are getting it right. Thank you =)

In this video Malc shares his unfortunate story of how a Multi Rotor tried to chew his arm off. While setting up the new project V-Tail copter Malc made a mistake that nearly ended up with him going to hospital. He had one of the motors reversed and when he throttled up to see how things were running (while holding the vtail in his right hand) the copter just ripped about throttling wildly trying to get itself straight. It pulled free of Malc's grip and sliced his arm quite badly. It then flew round the room smashing itself to bits until finally the battery ejected and it stopped.
Now we all like to cut corners from time to time. But when you are dealing with a powerful multi rotor like this 1,500 Watt V-Tail producing almost 4 kilos of thrust you have to be careful. Malc will not be doing this again in a hurry!

Look out for the V-Tail in up and coming episodes.
