Repair of a out runner motor used for RC equipment. If you find your out runner has a dragging spot might want to fix it now while you can if ya you keep running it well you want be able to fix it this easy,,!!
I take the motor apart to find that the rotor has 2 magnets that has broken free. We clean it up glue it back and do more maintenance like sand clean the stator plates with 400 grit paper clean the dust, oil the bearings, and put it back ready in 24hrs.
