Sketchup for RC - Reference Drawings

by Vintauri | February 11, 2014 | (10) Posted in How To

Continuing my series on Sketchup for RC we talk about importing reference drawings to trace over for the outlines of our aircraft.  We'll talk about what to look for in a good drawing, how to import it into sketchup and finally how to scale it to the proper size for your desired model.

That was awesome. I would like to know if you are going to do a video how to transfer to a regular paper on a home computer. Thanks again.

I do hope to follow up with printing plans. I'm just backlogged with work and have not been able to get the next videos processed. I'll do my best to get them caught up! Glad they are helping.

I have to say the tutorial is incredible. I was struggling with Sketchup: just learning as I go, but after watching the videos......So much easier. You took all the frustration out by explaining and showing everything I need to use to design and unfold plans. Many THANKS.
