Tarot FY680 Upgrade - Foxtech Retracts

This is first upgrade for Tarot FY680 Hexacopter.

This time we will install retractable landing gear on Tarot FY680. Why? Two reasons. First, it looks insanely cool when you lift them up after take off. There something about this that makes it addictive. Second and more important, if you are planing to use a 3-axis 360 degree gimbal with second camera operator this allows you to have unobstructed 360 view. Even if you don't have second camera operator view straight down won't have those ugly landing skids in your shoot.

One of the best retractable landing gear kits on the market is Foxtech Pivot Auto Landing Gear series. It's quite pricey, but worth every penny. In this video I will show you how to install Foxtech Retracts on Tarot FY680 Hexacopter.
