The Arrowhead Project

To the FliteTest Community:

This episode features 7th grade student Kolby and his Arrowhead scratch build project.  This a project that has been taken through the Design process until done right. Kolby started with an idea, put it on paper, made a prototype, tested the prototype, and after evaluating the first version he created what you see in this episode.  This has been a great first project for Kolby and it truly is a great trainer for him.  This is a plane that has staying power, and a design that he can build off of.  Good job Kolby!

I really like that design, simple yet looks rad in the air!

Jake I want to applaud you in the way you teach this group how to fly. Letting them get into a sticky situation and then taking control at the last possible moment, That's not easy to do! It really lets them learn what their stick inputs are doing with no expo on the DX5e. Great job! Great program! Great FUN!
