I take on the new Vuzix Wrap 1200 Video Eyewear from Vuzix in this review.
I have been using the wrap 920 for the last six months and love them so I had to give these guys a try and see how they changed my fpv experience. With the wide viewing angle and adjustability they are a sweet upgrade. Watch the whole review to get a better idea of what they are like to wear and use.

Wrap 1200 Details:

The sunglass-style Wrap 1200 sets a new standard for performance and excellence in video eyewear. Its huge 16:9 widescreen 75-inch display, as seen from 10 feet (3m), is the largest in the industry and provides an unrivaled cinematic experience. Watch a blockbuster movie, catch up on missed TV shows or explore video podcasts -- the Wrap 1200 supports 2D and 3D content at home and on the go.

The new Wrap 1200 video eyewear offer greater compatibility, flexibility and viewing quality than ever before. Not only does the Wrap 1200 support both standard 2D video and today's exciting explosion of 3D video, it connects to more media sources in more ways than ever before. The Wrap 1200 improvements don't stop there. Focus, eye-separation and viewing angle adjustments combine to offer optimum viewing quality for all.

I have been warned not to use goggles with blue or black screen when signal is weak. I also learned if you use a recording device such as a DVR at the ground station, you will always have a strong video signal to the glasses that bypasses this problem. I bought the wrap 310xl model from ebay for $145.00, and the light sheild wrap for $25.00. How much were the 1200's?

Yes you want to stay away from those. Image should just break up that is what you want. I don't take video out to my goggles with the DVR just spit the signal. Cost changes depending on where you get it but can be around $500 on the high side.
