Throwing things away is not my way so I came up with the idea to
make a memory frame for my broken parts.
The broken parts
I had this piece of foam of my crashed plane and my broken motor where one of the 3 wires came off with a crash. Throwing them away would be sad because I made some nice memories with them.
The build
I made these picture frames by myself because I’m also a woodworker so I could make them to my own use. but you can do the same with a normal picture frame.
Hanging them up
I hung them up in my bedroom so now I have two nice picture frames whit a little extra
And if you're wondering why my motor isn’t complete: I gave it to a mate that had the same motor.
Note though: that IKEA sells ready to use "Shadow Box" frames in a few sizes
in White or Black... Ready to use starting at 2$ each.
Not really worth powering up the ole Table saw.. at those prices.
