1 EDF 2 Fuselages

This is one of my favorite scratch builds. It is a jet with a single motor and two fuselages with a wingspan of 60 inches. It is powered by a 64mm EDF with a 40A ESC. I have paralleled two 1300 mAh 3S batteries and ran the wires through the wings to deal with the problem of having two separated fuselages. The flight characteristics are quite nice but the jet does lack in power. As long as there is little wind it flies beautifully. Very smooth flight characteristics yet no aerobatics as it loses a lot of altitude.

The entire airframe

The 64mm ducted. The ESC is inside the pod above the motor.

Just the left side of the fuselage.
