Snowball Conversion Kit - BUILD

by FliteTest | February 19, 2014 | (14) Posted in How To

This is easily one of the simplest builds you can fly and now all year round!

The "floatskis" also fit onto your FT Flyer!

Here is a shot of the wire setup. The wires are bent in the exact same shape, only one is facing the opposite direction.

In the video you never mentioned how to attach the metal landing struts to the floats if you want to put it on the ft flyer. We're they zip tied on?

Take 4 of these and then glue 2 together to make longer floats for bigger models like the FT cruiser, Beaver, Cessna or Bixler 1/2 :D.

next week i will make an article about big floats that you can use it to fly a plane on water. and the model you can use is to all flitetest swappble series. of course not for the FT vigen, FT F22, FT Spitfire. or you can make experiment to cessna or another plane.

*i'm so sorry for my bad english, i hope you understan what i mean.

Thank you so much flight test. I put these Floatskis on my FT Flyer today and they worked out great!
Here is a link to my very short test flight Whoo-Hoo. After this I went across the street for sucessful high altitude testing but my camera woman would not follow
