Spitfire - Just another Paintjob.

Here is my version of a Spitfire paint job.

I used this plastic kit as inspiration.

Included was this decal sheet which I copied, scaled an printed on plane paper.

After that glued them to the body and sealed them by spraying some clear varnisch over them.

I used this example, of 2 possibilities for the paint work.

Here some pictures of the result.

 

The Canopy is a part of a water bottle,

The motor "outlets" are just some plastic tubes glued an a pice of 2mm balsa.

That looks really good! Very similar to my own paintjob but I think yours is executed better. Too bad you can't post photos here:(
