Control TILT Tarot T-2D Gimbal with Spektrum DX6i

Here's how to get 2 position TILT control on the Tarot T-2D gimbal for the GoPro3 with just a 6 channel Spektrum DX6i transmitter. Just by using the flap switch.

this does not work. Adjusting the flap values only changes the speed at which it tilts. I can get it adjusted to where i need it using the flap values but then the gimbal motor don't have enough power and will not move again when the switch it flipped. what is the issue?
