P51-D Mustang: One Mile Out

           FPV P-51-D from Tower Hobbies.

 

 Not a lot of room for the separation of antenna on this bird. I have inverted the CL antenna inside the tail so it(color noise) gets a bit thick when I turn for home.  

 

1000kvmotor.

30amp esc

3c2200 batt.

5.8ghz.200mw VTX Boscam

FrSky V8R7 7 channel RX 

950grams AUW

Gran diversión my friend! Hey that is awesome you teaching new flyers! We are happy to hear this man. I have recently slapped micro 5.8 gear (and a 13$ cam)on one of those (Fragile!)pcb micro quads from H.K..You know the lil white one what comes with a KK2? Well I have a KK v1 on it and just put the improved 4.7 firmware on it.(not too hard once you git all the drivers an programs and whatnot downloaded and installed)Well I think I like the lil bugger! I have to kill all the jello but so far NEAT!

Vtx is a Boscam 200mw 5.8 ghz unit with a hand built cloverleaf and we are receiving on a 5 turn helical. Frsky 2.4ghz with a 5dbi antenna on a turnigy 9x for control of the craft.

GREAT VIDEO lolz. I like that george thurgood song too!! Goes really good with the video i think that the p-51 mustang is my favorite plane of all time! one day ima get a p-51 for fpv because I think it is really cool! Great video!
